JRT is not killing my Screen Connect, but it is killing D7II. You can set D7II to drop a shortcut to itself on session start, makes re-launching much easier after JRT kills it. As far as the SC connection, try updating your SC server. I'm running v5.0.8132.5459, on a Debian server. You might hit up their support forums as well if an update doesn't do it.

There is a simple way to make screenconnect and also d7ii to not be killed by jrt. Look here viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2280 just edit the whitelist of jrt and all will works fine.
The best way would be to contact the autho of jrt and ask him to include the soft in his whitelist but i don't know how to contact thisisu.
